Under the title "Civil Liability Between the Present and the Future," the Sharia'a" research group, affiliated with the Comparative Law Laboratory at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, organized a national symposium, in-person and remotely, presided over by Pr. Mohamed Rais, on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
The symposium saw the participation of elite researchers and academics from various parts of Algeria, discussing and analyzing various issues related to civil liability in light of the rapid developments witnessed worldwide, especially at the technological and social levels. The discussion sessions highlighted the urgent need to reconsider traditional concepts of civil liability to make them more adaptable to the requirements of the modern era
